Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes unlimited forms, 100 submissions per month, spam protection, and email notifications. No credit card required. No time limit.
What happens when I hit my submission limit?
We send you a warning at 80% of your monthly limit. If you exceed it, new submissions are held for 48 hours so you have time to upgrade. You always receive email notifications. No surprise charges.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade, the change applies at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, contact us and we'll refund you in full.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. No per-submission charges, no overage fees, no setup costs. Annual billing only, no monthly option (keeps prices low).
How does billing work?
All paid plans are billed annually through Polar.sh, a secure payment processor. Starter is $39/year and Pro is $149/year. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.
